Local Browser Storage: Local preferences, session lists, and theme selections stored via HTML5 localStorage on your own device.

We process your personal information strictly under recognized legal bases:

Contractual Performance: Necessary to provide you with the AI reasoning, lecture notes, and slide generation you request.

3. Absolute Prohibition on Sale of Personal Data (CCPA/CPRA)

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, TRADE, OR LEASE YOUR PERSONAL DATA. WE HAVE NEVER SOLD USER DATA AND WILL NEVER DO SO. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THIRD-PARTY DATA BROKERS OR ADVERTISING NETWORKS FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING.

Under no circumstances does Atom AI or Atom Forge Studio provide certified medical, legal, financial, architectural, or life-safety advice. You are legally required to independently verify all calculations, factual statements, code, and conclusions before reliance.

1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ATOM FORGE (founded and architected by Suresh Ganesen), governing all access to and use of Atom Forge Studio and Atom AI services.

By registering an account, continuing past the sign-in screen, or using any feature of the Service, you signify your irrevocable agreement to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The Service is strictly available to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age (or sixteen (16) years of age in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom). Minors require parental or legal guardian consent.

4. Complete Warranty Disclaimer ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

5. Limitation of Liability

TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ATOM FORGE AND SURESH GANESEN FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO FIFTY MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR 50.00) OR TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $10.00).

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Malaysia, with individual arbitration and class-action waiver for US users.
