MANDATORY AI DISCLAIMER & NOTICE OF IMPERFECTION
Atom AI is an artificial intelligence that can make mistakes. Outputs are generated via deep neural networks and machine learning models. Under no circumstances does Atom AI or Atom Forge Studio provide certified medical, legal, financial, architectural, or life-safety advice. You are legally required to independently verify all calculations, factual statements, code, and conclusions before reliance.

1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ATOM FORGE (founded and architected by Suresh Ganesen, "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all access to and use of Atom Forge Studio, Atom Studio AI, Class Mode, cognitive reasoning engines, and web applications (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, continuing past the sign-in screen, or using any feature of the Service, you signify your irrevocable acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The Service is strictly intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age (or sixteen (16) years of age for users residing in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom under applicable data protection regulations). If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and explicitly accepted these Terms on your behalf.

3. AI Nature, Hallucinations & Professional Disclaimers

3.1 Probabilistic Neural Generation: You explicitly recognize that Atom AI generates responses through probabilistic algorithms and multi-provider language models. Content may contain factual inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or calculation bugs.

3.2 Strict No-Advice Disclaimer: The Service is not a certified professional. Outputs MUST NOT be relied upon for:

  • Medical Diagnosis or Treatment: Never substitute AI responses for professional medical consultation.
  • Legal or Compliance Decisions: AI text does not constitute legal counsel or statutory advice.
  • Financial or Investment Decisions: No output constitutes investment, trading, or tax recommendations.
  • Life-Safety or Structural Engineering: Do not deploy AI outputs into mission-critical or life-safety hardware.

4. Academic Integrity & Student Honor Codes

Atom Forge Studio provides educational acceleration tools (including Class Mode lecture recording, simple notes, and interactive slide creation) to aid personal comprehension. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of generated notes or concepts adheres to the academic integrity policies, honor codes, and examination regulations of their respective academic institutions.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

5.1 Platform Ownership: All proprietary neural architectures, software code, user interface designs, trademarks, and branding ("Atom Forge Studio", "Atom AI", "Atom Think") are the exclusive intellectual property of Suresh Ganesen and ATOM FORGE.

5.2 User Inputs: You retain ownership of all original text and files you submit. You grant ATOM FORGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit and process your inputs strictly as required to deliver your requested responses and maintain service continuity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity under the laws of Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
  • Generate malicious code, exploits, spam, harassment, or defamatory materials.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass any rate-limiting or security controls.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the servers hosting Atom Forge Studio.

7. Complete Warranty Disclaimer ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. ATOM FORGE AND SURESH GANESEN SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability & Damages Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN ALL JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL ATOM FORGE, ITS FOUNDER SURESH GANESEN, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, ACADEMIC PENALTIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN ALL CASES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ATOM FORGE FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR 50.00) OR TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $10.00).

9. Governing Law, Class Action Waiver & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Malaysia. For users in the United States, you expressly agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis via binding arbitration and waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
